Questions buyers ask
What machines make up a PVC pipe line?
A conical twin-screw extruder (or single-screw for small output), a pipe die and vacuum calibration tank, a cooling tank, a haul-off, a cutter, and a belling or socketing machine. We quote it configured for your diameter range and voltage.
What output should I order?
It depends on the pipe diameters and your market. Small plants run 100–300 kg/h, medium plants 300–800 kg/h. We help size the extruder and die to the pipe you sell, not to a generic spec.
