What is the difference between a Canton Fair supplier and a vetted factory?

By I&R Group, Jiaxing. Reviewed October 3, 2026.

At a fair you meet many suppliers quickly, but a booth does not prove the company makes the machine, holds the licenses or can support it; some exhibitors are traders. A vetted factory is one whose license, production and references you have checked. Use fairs to discover candidates, then verify before you order, the same due diligence a machine always deserves.

  • A booth is a lead, not proof of a real manufacturer.
  • Some exhibitors are traders, not the factory.
  • Discover at the fair, verify the factory before ordering.
