What support do I get for installation and start-up?
Most machines ship with manuals and wiring diagrams and can be installed by a local technician with remote guidance by video call. For complex lines, the factory can send an engineer for on-site installation and operator training, quoted separately with travel. Agree the support model, who pays travel and the response time before the order.
