How do I compare quotes from different Chinese factories?

Put them on the same basis: same Incoterm, same specification, same inclusions (tooling, spares, installation, certification) and the same warranty. The cheapest FOB number often drops features or uses weaker components, so compare the full scope and the total landed cost, not the headline price. Ask each factory the same questions and line the answers up side by side.
