The core set is the commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading, plus a certificate of origin if your country has a trade agreement with China, the conformity documents your market requires, manuals and wiring diagrams, and the inspection or factory acceptance test report. Wooden crates must meet ISPM 15 treatment rules.

  • Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill.
  • Certificate of origin for preferential duty under a trade agreement.
  • Conformity documents: for example CE declaration, SONCAP, PVoC, SABER or NR-12 documentation.
  • Manuals, wiring diagrams and spare parts list, ideally in your language.
  • Inspection or factory acceptance test report with photos and video.
