Do I have to buy more than one machine (MOQ)?

For machines, no: most orders are a single unit or a small set, and a complete production line is quoted as one project. Minimum order quantities apply to components, consumables and parts, where a factory needs a batch to run economically. If you only need one machine, that is a normal order, not an exception.

• Machines: one unit is a normal order.
• MOQ applies to parts and consumables, not whole machines.
• A full line is quoted as a single project.
